Import Emails into an existing database daily

We are looking for a developer (C#) to create a windows service that will log into our employees GSuite (Gmail) accounts and download their mail after a specific date. Those emails will then be processed in 2 ways: 1. If the contact's email exists in our system, import the messages as HTML as Note records in an existing SQL Database. 2. Update the Last Contact date of the account associated with the contact in our existing SQL Database. This service needs to import emails at minimum every night but continuously throughout the day would be good. Email attachments do not need to be imported into the database but text should be appended to the note indicating that the original email contained attachments. Images should be converted to Base64 and added to the body of the email (change <img src="cid:..." to <img src="file:Base64;..."). You will be provided with the SQL database schema which you can fill in and work with using your own email.
