Rendering of Potential Building for Real Estate Broker Package

We are a marketing agency working with a client in Chicago. They have an existing facility site, with many vacant acres of land and are working with real estate broker to find potential vendor to build onto their existing site. For the marketing package, we would like to include a rendering, available both paper and electronic, that would take existing site and show what a basic structure and other elements (parking, entry onto site, etc.) could look like. CAD not required - just a recommendation - we are open to other software recommendations based on your experience.
