He there i am well versed with BLE applications for android and iPhone. I can develop it in unity3D, resulting a multiplatform build so that you can have your app on both android and iPhone. Id like to quote USD1000 for both platforms however we can negotiate. I am already working on similar apps so you can have it done fast saving RnD time.
