I am currently doing a project (summary given below) that might be related to you.
Alarm System on Motion detection of Camera with camera management system.
The camera on detecting motion sends a email containing images taken to email address and then our PHP script process it.
Just after that MMS with image is triggered to all the staff of the company.
The alert(MMS and CALL) is continuously sent to staff unless they reply to a number with text SMS "1" or press "1" during call.
Also CALL and MMS is sent to customer mobile number continuously unless they respond with text SMS "1" or press "1" during call.
WE HAVE BLOCKED THE CALL TO RESPONDER AND CUSTOMER TO RECEIVE CALL/MMS FOR 1HOUR AFTER RECEIVING FIRST CALL/MMS.
I have used Twilio API for MMS,CALL,Two way SMS service.
You can block the call in one or more ways given below.
1. Max X calls per day.
2. Max X calls per hour
3. Block permanently.
Kindly tell which way you wish to have.
