exercise with wheelchair bound elder

I need someone who is happy, upbeat, in good physical shape and motivated to come to get my mom moving one hour a day/7 days a week. Sit to stand, leg extensions, march in place, play catch with ball , raise arms above head , turn head right to left. All of this is done in wheelchair and I would like it to be done in the backyard where she lives so she can get some fresh air. She lives in Newbury Park, CA, has memory challenges from stroke, needs to keep moving to stay healthier. I'd like the person to be loving, kind and compassionate.
