I am looking to build a complete and exhaustive list of statutory and regulatory compliances (mandatory + event/trigger based), filing frequency and penalties associated for the following types Indian companies: 1. Private Limited 2. Public Limited Unlisted 3. Public Limited Listed 4. LLP Partnership 5. Societies 6. Trusts 7. Registered Partnership 8. Unregistered Partnership 9. Proprietorship Please see the sheet for a general idea. The number of columns on this maybe expanded as per your suggestion/need. I need coverage for Companies Act, Factories Act, Labour Act etc. and others which are deemed essential/mandatory. We would also need industry specific compliances (services, manufacturing, trading, import/export, msme etc) Happy to discuss if I have left something out here and open to ideas if there are more types of Indian entities/companies that need to be covered from a compliance perspective. The right freelancer would be a qualified qualified Chartered Accountant or qualified Company Secretary registered with the governing/regulatory body.
