I've been writing reviews for about 15 years. My main thing has been music reviews, but I've got three book reviews published. They've been very rewarding to write and I very much want to do more. To read the full book and as I am a proof reader so I will keep an eye out for grammar and spelling errors while reading. Hence the 7 -8 day lead time it may be quicker. But if you want quality then you do not rush this process. I will create a punchy blurb and tag line to reflect the book and I am a pa for a ya author and this is my favourite genre. I have a book promotions business so I am very familiar with what is required. The cover draws the reader initially then you need to hook them with the blurb. I'm a YA writer and reader myself. I've learned a lot about book blurb writing. I've won a query writing contest (and queries are almost just like book blurbs). I'm good at figuring out the core conflict of a story and presenting it in a way that draws readers to pick up the book.
