UE4 C++ BP Base Project

i need a good dev C++ & BP for this project : Type : TPS + rpg Multi Online dedicaced serv AWS I would like to create a lobby system like kurtzpel which welcomes players the lobby has 100 places when it reaches 80/100 lobby2 must be created etc.. Players in the lobby can : 0) Move, use spell but can't do damage to other player. 1) chat (write + emoticon) 2) add to friend list 3) invite other player to join a guild 4) change skin + buy skins 5) form a group 6) start the game search
