Program a complex UI skeleton (MFC, c++)

Hello, I am expert in visual studio and MFC since more than 20 years ago... I started working with MFX by using visual studio 5.0... then, I used 6.0, 2003, 2005, 2010, 2012, 213 and now 2015. MFC has changed only a bit during these 20 years. I am pretty sure that I can be a good option for this project. Also, I have been working with dialog based applications with tabbs before.
