Please do not bid if you are not from Romania, or if you can't communicate in Romanian. The project is a fully responsive website(adaptable layout for all browsers, resolutions and devices) with great user interface. It is going to have: review pages, interctive homepage(with html5 animations), other unique pages and posts. Part of the content will be displayed based on user ip, that has to be detected. The content will be uploaded from a custom CMS or customized wordpress admin and then used in different pages with css tables along with filtering and sorting. We have design ideas or layout for each page, and complete layout for admin sections(with features needed) for each page of the website. We need the website to be made with html5 and css3. Clean and modern design and a few simple but effective visual animations are nedeed. It is recommended to have a web designer to work with, or if needed one will be contracted. There will be permanent communication to provide assistance and to monitor the job progress. Deadlines and permanent communication with us are extremely important. You have attached some general details about the project. Upon request we will give you some moqups and complete and clear instructions for the admin and its features(full documentation for the website).

Proiectul este destul de complex, dar am mai facut ceva similar. Mi-ar fi util daca mi-ati trimite si layerele propuse de dvs. pentru a-mi face o idee asupra paginilor si continutului lor.
