Project requirements: 1. All Pages re-coded in new, clean HTML, and CSS Responsive Code. 2. The site will be re-skinned with bootstrap4 and jQuery slim. There should not be any additional 3rd party js or css libraries. You may however use googlecdn/fontawesome for the site fonts. 3. My team will be responsible for all the JS and programming of the site, you will only need to cut the HTML and CSS. 4. The goal of the site is to be fast and efficient. The reason we are reskining the site is that it is too CSS/JS heavy causing the pagespeed to be slow. 5. CSS needs to be globalized and attention to detail is very important. Repeating elements need to repeat in CSS and not have different CSS for pages that have the same elements on them. 6. The names of CSS classes need to be relevant and not "left-page-column-1". 7. The content on most pages is dynamic, this should be considered when skinning the HTML and CSS. 8. The homepage will be the first page completed and upon approval, the inside pages will be started.
