Simple HTML Page

Hi, I need an HTML page to be displayed on mobile devices: since my website can be viewed in landscape only, when the phone/tablet is in portrait mode the page should display a nice message saying to rotate the phone. That's all. Requirements: - The message should appear on a semi-trasparent dark grey overlay. The overlay should cover all the screen. The text should be in white color. - The message should include an image (see attached) and, below the image, the text in big "Please rotate your device". Use a nice font (maybe a Google font) - Both the image and the text should be responsive (for example, the image is 360x360 and it's too big for phones but it's ok for tablets). They should adapt themselves. - You should use a javascript setInterval that every second checks if the device is still in portrait mode; if not (it means the user rotated the device), the overlay should disappear. It should apepar again if the user rotates the device back to portrait. - You can use JQuery and UIKit, if you want (since they're already included in my website) My max budget is 10 USD. Thank you!
