27394 Email list body piercing buyer

I am not sure where this can be found, but I need a list of emails for people who have previously bought products from body piercing websites on the internet. We are trying to build a list of email addresses of people who have already bought body piercing jewelry online before. We are trying to obtain previous customers from other competing sites to entice them to shop with us in the future by giving them coupons, etc. I really do not know how this can be obtained, but I suppose that on the internet, all information is available..
