Hi, I would like to apply for the job posted. I’ve worked as a Customer Service Representative for a while now having had the success in handling inquiries from Medical Providers regarding member’s medical benefits on the medical plan their employer got for them. On the 2nd BPO company I worked with, I handled calls from customer inquiring about their coverage for Mobile Plan, their billing questions and disputes, basic troubleshooting and placing an order for new device the company offered. On the 3rd BPO, I am handling calls and emails from customer’s placing and tracking orders, processing credits, refunds, adjustments and reorders for damaged, defective or missing items. Assisting their assigned Account Manager with their request for customer’s account.
