Short Term Data Entry Project - QuickBooks Online

The project time frame is 30 days. Type of data that need to be entered include Bills, Invoice, Payment Voucher and Cash Bills. Amount of transactions based on past job is between 1000-1500 data. Each transaction take between 3-5 minutes to be entered in a very slow connection thus should be fast on a faster connection. Candidate should be able to use QuickBooks Online since the data will be keyin and job monitoring via audit log function within QuickBooks. This is a fixed fee job. The budget and time frame quoted is based on past year's job done on the same company. Potential candidates will be required to entered a sample transaction (between 3-5 transaction) to test their knowledge on QuickBooks Online. Candidate will not be paid for doing this test. On a final note, the company is established in Malaysia as a private limited company with Government Service Tax. Thus knowledge about GST will be an added advantage. Please include the word "Intuit QBO" in your opening bid description to differentiate between automated bid vs human bid.
