Timezone 9-5pm Eastern Daylight Time Time zone in New York, NY, USA (GMT-4) Working as a personal assistant doing the following; - Video editing -Organising and fulfilling orders. - Designing landing pages for different Rod Armour Products - Designing and sending emails via MailChimp to Rod Armour customers - Designing and editing social media posts that we will publish via Canva ( I will sketch up/ outline what we want for a post and we can co-create posts together) - Proofreading emails I write/ Writing emails out I have recorded myself saying/ sending emails to specific businesses. For example, we need to contact homeless people housing and boarding houses and you would have to research these within Brisbane and send out an email. - Research reports on certain industries - Going through our email and inbox and responding to certain emails based off a template. - Liasoning with our suppliers overseas in China, for example, I might say we need 100 Rod Armour cases and say this is the person to contact and you'd contact that and work out the details. I would work closely with you and be accessible to you via phone, Skype, WhatsApp, Facebook messenger etc. I am very encouraging of co-working with each other as you have done some awesome work in the past and are experienced, I'd love to get your ideas on a few things. We would schedule a quick 10-minute meeting/phone call a day just going through general things and tasks. I would certainly look to play towards your strengths and what you feel most comfortable with. We would provide dynamic and engaging opportunities every day, we operate very much like a startup and we are very diverse in our tasks. Dig In: is a charity that I help run, you'll be employed by Rod Armour but will be asked to work on certain charitable endeavours.
