CSV product file translate Englsih To Dutch

Hi there I have an excel file that contains all the products we sell. Currently it is in english but we require this translated to Dutch. The file has 4890 products on it BUT although this is a lot - many use the same / similair description. We require 3 columns of the file translated - 1 product title, 2 short description and the 3 long description. The 1st 2 columns are very easy - find and replace ! The 3rd column long description will take a little more work but can use filters to help, sensible bids only please from Dutch native speakers. file is in excel - so if you are good with excel its easy !
