To be able to understand the impact of psychosocial development for a cultural based diversity and provide knowledge on how to enhance teaching techniques amidst different culture and to provide insights on what can techniques can be imparted from both English and Arabic educators is what I do understand on how the project goes. Execution of the analysis from statistical data analysis is aided by SPSS program to run a more cohesive and accurate result. Based on initial result, this will be presented to run discussion with implementer (employer) to solicit feedback and check it all their parameters for their study is met or if there is a dispute, management can be organized towards completion of the analysis of the study.
