data analysis and interpretation -healthcare evaluation

AM Statistical Consulting in the U.S. is developing a proposal for the big evaluation project for the government of Kenya. We need to hire individuals/organizations who are fluent in local language of Kenya in Kenya in conducting surveys in protocol development, survey tools development, training of survey staff, data analysis and interpretation, and data dissemination. If people who are fluent in local language of Kenya don't live in Kenya, we want to include people who are willing to live in Kenya for the project period. We prefer the applicant who provides curricula vitae that should include information that they are qualified in the following: management of HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment activities; and the development of capacity building among and collaboration between Governmental and non-governmental partners.
