IFC text parser from XSD Schema in Delphi

The work consists of using one of the recent official IFC data file schema specifications from [login to view URL] and, in Delphi, using either XML Data binding tool or other process, generate a set of classes/interfaces/records/enumerations. After this, the work will consist in being able to generate a tool to parse a text file ( STEP format [login to view URL] ), reading the entities and instantiating them in a memory tree structure. Afterwards, implementing the inverse procedure, to use the same tree structure, updated or new, and write the file back to the text file in the same STEP format.
