I am looking to purchase elearning courses designed and developed in Articulate Storyline 2 or Adobe Captive 6 or 7. The topics could be in management or soft skills or safety training. I am looking to purchase the source files which i will modify further and develop courses using that material. Once I purchase the material, I would own the rights to it and be able to sell it on.
