Native English Beta Readers Needed

Failure to read the project description will result in your bid being ignored and reported! So, if you spam my project with a blatantly generic or generated bid, you're wasting both our time! I need a few beta readers. The project is relatively simple: Step 1) Read through my book. It's about 35,000 words long, which is around 50 pages on word. I will upload this document via Freelancer. Step 2) Write a short feedback piece. This should include constructive feedback i.e. aspects that worked, aspects that didn't, areas that need expanded on/improved, etc. This doesn't have to be long, but I will award a bonus milestone to whoever provides the most useful feedback. The book is a self-help guide aimed at people suffering from anxiety. As such, I'm hoping to find anxiety sufferers for this project, but it's not essential. It's a combination of my personal experience and scientific research, which is meant to be easy to read/follow while still providing useful and practical advice. I am NOT looking for people to kiss my ass. I know that this book is far from perfect, and so I don't want feedback that claims that it's fine as is. I want brutal honesty, but in a way that allows me to improve the book. If you feel that the book serves absolutely zero purpose and won't benefit anyone, you are welcome to tell me that, but I would still like to know specific areas that can be improved on. I am willing to pay a maximum of £20 per beta reader, but I will take the cost into consideration when selecting people, so if you're willing to work for less than this, I suggest you mention it in your bid. In fact, in order to see who actually read this and who didn't, please use the first line of your bid to tell me how much you'd expect to be paid. This project should only take a few hours to complete, depending on your reading speed. I'd say about 1-3 hours of reading and 30 minutes or so for writing up the feedback, roughly. Again, I am not willing to pay more than £20 per reader, but I WILL take cost into consideration when selecting beta readers, so if you're willing to do it for less, I suggest you mention that.
