Hi, Some dual deployment altimeters output an analog signal and others, like MissileWorks RRC3 Altimeter, output a digital signal. To get around this disparity, and if I had to do it, I'd use a really cheap MCU with a suitable output H-bridge switch for your micro actuator. See, I already told how to do it. I have done a fairly similar circuit to fire an Estes igniter which could be re-purposed for your needs here. Best regards, Brian New York City
