I have already worked and working on GPS and GSM tracking system using electronic enclosure. sure I can deliver the product as you expected in correct Time.

As i have a good experience on this topic i can give you a better solution with arduino. even if you give me the exact requirement, i have many other easy ways to do it using other technologies.
