Create Email Account in Existing Hotmail

With the recent changes to Hotmail I have a few accounts that previously used simple aliases to receive emails from their website into an existing Hotmail account plus write out as this website email address, but Microsoft no longer supports this eg [login to view URL] goes to a hotmail .[login to view URL] account. I need to be able to set this up again but am not sure how by using my domain provider (Heart) and/or hosting account (Hostgator). This should be a very simple project for people with the correct IT/email skills and I need to fix this asap. Please let me know your fixed cost to do this and any additional information you require, and this will then be implemented on at least two other accounts.
