Help me fix my emails

All of our emails were set up on a central computer in Pop3 which meant that all of our emails were drawn from the server and all functioning workspaces. The emails were set up on Outlook 2003. I need help to get our emails back on our server and the emails on the functioning workspaces operating again. I have already exported the files but I am having trouble getting the emails set up as IMAP in order to import all of the emails again. Any help would be much appreciated.
