Sales and Marketing for New Waterless Carwash Business

Hi there, We have started a mobile car wash business which is based on a modern state of the art waterless technology. We are looking for a freelancer who can effectively do the sales and marketing for our venture. The person should be fluent in English and with good communication skills in both speaking and writing. We will provide complete training about the services and what is the target market and how to do the marketing for that specific market.
