Mass Email to 10,000 addresses and a temporary Website

We have 10,000 Email addresses for businesses which are in the "invitable" category. Email providers have blocked these addresses for our business, even though many of them are good customers, because we had a spam reports more than 0.1% (it was 0.5%). We need to set up a temporary email address and a temporary website. Over a period of two months, we will send emails 6 - 8 times using the temporary website as the sender. If they click on the email, it will send them to the temporary website, which can be hosted on Spotify or similar. We must have proof you can email to a list of 10,000 over a period of 2 months without triggering spam filters or causing other problems.
