Mass Email sending with interspire

I am looking for a intersperse sending service (start with about 100k emails a days), for my company. We need full setup of interspire sending servers, with smtp sending domain smtp domain etc. We provide clean Email lists, all we need is high open rates. We are looking for long term business agreement.
