HI, I have been working with label printers for a number of years and unfortunately you only have 3 solutions when it comes to pdf printing 1. Change the design of the pdf to more printer friendly fonts 2. Use a labelling software such as Zebra Designer (free from Zebra) to redesign the pdfs 3. Upgrade the printer to a ZT410 which has a feature call pdfDirect, which enables the printer to process the pdf correctly rather the print driver. You simply send/copy the pdf to the printer as a file NOT a print. From my experience this can improve the quality but usually the fonts still have to correct to a friendly version and bold.
