CRM assistant

I manage a consulting company in western Europe. Have a database of leads to be contacted. I'm looking for a CRM assistant to find email addresses of targeted leads and write personalised introductory email to initiate conversation. I would then pursue the conversation by myself. The workload may vary week by week, therefore looking for a proposal of hourly rate and a commitment on a number of leads identified and contacted per hour. I would go for a trial of 4 hours, then based on the outcome we would decice how to pursue collaboration.
