basically what I want is to have an interface for the user that has a couple of button-like // add new document // edit document // view document ... add new document will open up a page where we can insert the title of the letter // letter number // where to // additional information // date of the document // upload the document then submit upload the document could be directly or through a link, for example, a dropbox link. edit document // can change the date of the document, reference number, and the title of the document. view document or search in the database with letter reference number, date or title of the document
