Excel Data Clean Up

Have an excel list of names, email and 2 columns of phone numbers that needs cleaning up. Initial database is just over 3000 names. If the job is completed satisfactorily, it will then roll into a further excel databases of just 10,000 people. This project is only quoting on the first project of 3000 name database. If this is done satisfactorily we can negotiate cost and move to the second database of 10,00 people. There are a number of things that need to be cleaned up as follows: 1) If there is a name with no email or mobile phone number, line is to be deleted. 2) Mobile phone number has to updated with no spaces 3) There are two columns of phone numbers. Mobile phone numbers have to be copied / moved into the one column 4) Some Mobile phone numbers are missing the "0" at the beginning of the number, needs to be added 5) Some lines have false mobile phone numbers like 012345678, 999999 and many others these have to be deleted 6) Some have different mobile number in each of the columns, needing to delete one of the mobile numbers 7) Some names have "*" before there surname, the "*" has to be removed 8) Some have my business email addresses as the clients email address, this email address has to be removed, and if they then have no email address and no mobile number, the line is to be deleted
