Excel expert and GIS expert

I am looking at bike user patterns for a public bike sharing scheme. I have been given a large spreadsheet with over 70,000 user entries, as well as station coordinate points to plot on GIS. The work I need being done are simple data processing using excel. Example: Finding out which bike route occurs the most using rental and return stations. As well being able to plot those routes on GIS.
