Hi, Are these several sheets within one workbook, or are they several independent spreadsheets (files, basically) ? By the way if you just want a comparison of the data, it would be much quicker to use a scripting language like PHP as opposed to VB - VB is incredibly slow and it lacks a lot of native functions which would make this task really simple. The easiest (and by the fastest) thing to do would be to load the sheet into PHP (they'd probably need to be in CSV format - but libraries exist to do the conversion if not), then the script can compare your data sets and report on any duplicate entries.
