Flash based Online Store

Project consists of building a website for an online store. The website shall contain as minimum the following: First page should have flash player to show the product line we offer. Automatic change is required with an optional manual drive. (Just like yahoo home page) The user will have 5 steps to choose the product and then place an order. Each step will have a button to the left of the page and all buttons should be apparent on all following pages. The buttons/steps should be reversible and the user should not lose his previous set information from previous steps if he chooses to step back any moment. After the order is placed, I want a regular check out page combined with a shopping cart page. The 5 steps are as follows: The first step will take the user to the product library, which should be an automatic re sized pictures of product to a predefined size. The library should be able to be expanded and revised by us to accommodate our variable product line. The start will be prepared by the designer and will include about 100 products under 5 categories. The categories should be also expandable according to our need. The second step will consist of adding dimensions to the product that the customer chose. The dimensions are just dimension lines that will change numbers to describe the length and the width of the product. Our product can come in various sizes and the customer needs to choose that. The third step will add an accent to the product. Basically, it will be like a frame around the product. This can be accomplished by adding another photo that has a larger size than the original and send it to the back. In the first two steps, the customer will choose the product he needs and in this step he will choose the framing that goes with it. All will be demonstrated to the customer on the same interface screen. The website designer will have to create a flash mini program to do all this interface with the library. The fourth step will be to add the last accent to the product, which will show on top or bottom of the product and its initial frame that was done in step three above. The customer will have an option to choose the product on top or bottom and add quantity as he wish. There will be a prefixed locations for those accents to be added on the interface flash screen. Last, and after the customer is satisfied with what he chose and designed, he will be able to place an order or add to cart option. The website should be able to extract order list summary for all orders, including all details and upon demand.
