Looking for designer

Hello I am looking for a web, logo and graphic designer. I need someone that can provide very good work. I am very picky because I have had people in the past say they are good but end up showing me very average or poor quality work. I would like to first see current samples of your work or a portfolio so I can look at your work. If I like what I see then we will discuss pricing. The main areas are brochure, logo and graphic design. Flash is a definite plus but not a requirement. I need someone good, timely and who can provide great work to whom I can give my projects to. I get jobs from various clients each month and I need someone I can rely on to give these projects to, who is above average and who's standard of work is very impressive. PINKY and MAVEN you came recommended, so if you read this I would like to see samples of your work especially.
