Mortgage Web Site

I am looking to take a combination of a couple of different web sites template sample and make a ne wer site. I will provide the content, I want to be able to link a few pages from my currently existing corporate web site to be in a FRAMED PAGE so that there are no links back to my corportate web site. For example I want to be able to have visitors come and click on "APPLICATION" which they will be able to fill an application online through my Corporate Web site but not have them know that they have left my new web site. I have a couple of sample links to templates that I will provide. I need someone to design the main page set up the sub pages and link a few pages with a FRAME. I want to set up 1 page that I can upload Realtors names, phines banners etc. that I can do from a control pannel. It's a pretty easy and simple site to do.
