20919 Pro Logo + Web Design

My client needs a logo and html template (photoshop layers fine) designed for new website. Theme is situational relationship senarios from a woman's pespective. Funny & serious. Client likes look of [login to view URL] somewhat. Site will have blog (3 writers and editor currently), forums, news and monthly cartoon of a situation probably flash based. Requirements: 1. Logo comps (1-5) line art illustrator raster, two or three color and bw versions. Must be original, we'll be researching your designs before releasing payment. Show some quick ideas in PMB. Winning bidder will state time alloted to refine and how many revisions can be made. 2. Homedesign + other detail blog, news pages (1-5 max). Photoshop layers is fine we have programmer to script the site. You can show roll overs or menus if you want. If you know flash, better. Flash templates are ok, but we must own them. We want something original, not generic template. Look at gurl.com. 3. Extra bonus if you come up with a cartoon character or character's (1-3, maybe 3 women and one guy or something) for the site. This can be sketch and toon 3d, or line art. Think 'chickhead' girl or dumb blonde, etc. I want to see comp ideas in PMB as well as previous work. I will message you in PMB the copy/domain name for the site. You will be required send/fax your personal information & a signed statement stating your work is original. Looking for designers in North America primarily, but if you are one of those great cartoonist from the overseas then please show me what you can do with this idea. People with a sense of humor preferred!!! Flash people will get more consideration, cartoonists are perfect! If you can do something like 'joecartoon' I want to hear from you and see some ideas. This will be a great project for your portfolio, and we're definitely looking to pay more than $20 for it. We're not in a rush and want this done right.
