Website design and promotion

I am looking for someone to provide web services to authors and others in literary publishing, e.g. publishers, book stores, distributors, etc. The name of my company is Books & Wires. I have the literature background and some web experience. I would prefer to work on sales and pass off the design/development work to someone else. I am looking for a long-term relationship. Intially, I would like some graphic design work on my current sites (5) to spruce them up; web promotion/copywriting to reach my target most effectively and land new clients; and one flash adaptation of a portion of a novel. This is an opportunity to reach a niche market. I am also looking for someone interested in the artistic applications and possibilities connecting literature and the web. We would have to establish what your costs would be and I would charge a markup for my sales work and branding. I have other ideas about landing pages and online payments I would like to discuss as well. Basically, I'd like to talk to someone about becoming my subcontractor.
