Word press web designer

I am looking for a web/graphic designer that is very knowledgeable in CSS, php.. wordpres- mu. (My web site is WP-mu). I need a developer very skillful in Wordpress design and graphic design to help me improve my site. 1. Change the home page lay out closer to image attached 2. Improve the contents pages (Check it out from my website) 3. Add Audio and video modules( I already have players, so you need to install them to the site) I would like to see YOUR previous works.
