Recruiting Scorecard is a game. It’s a google extension game. Eventually it can become a mobile app for iPhone and Android. The goal of this google extension is to turn the activity tracking that happens in the job of a recruiter into a fun baseball-like game. The game is a counting game where each count triggers an event and a situational animation occurs on screen, constantly changing the situation of the baseball game. Several versions later, this game can be a powerful, realtime SAAS platform to track, evaluate, and improve engagement between recruiters, recruiting managers, and company executives in their hiring. An interactive dashboard that enables them to communicate, compete, and gauge performance.
A recruiter is required to track certain activities they control in their job:
# of Submittals
# of Interviews
# of Final Interviews
# of Offers
# of Hires
This makes each of these actions important for the user to record in the game. The end user of the game will be providing input and tallying up the above data.
