Hi!
I myself am working on two projects right now, one is a collection of short stories and the other is a novel, "A day at the airport: His stories that were, changed her stories that would be.".
A hundred page project with three sections should not be a problem to write. Essentially, the problem with writing longer projects is that we are consistently at war with what we have in our minds and what we end up writing on paper. The problem is solved if we keep breaking the project down into manageable chunks. The theme and plot can be used to dictate what happens in each scenes, and the scenes can then be used to write a tight, well paced piece of text. At any given point of time, the sole requirement is to have a very good idea of what you want to write about, at all levels.
I believe this is not a very difficult task to do, and conversations only make it easier. You have asked for an eye for detail and a good communication style. If you grant me an interview, perhaps we could talk about this?
