A simple webapp for doing excel type graphics

I need you to create a mini webapp that can draw simple charts asking questions. The functionality will be similar to this: [login to view URL] (it will be not exactly like it I just post it to give you a brief idea of the look and feel Im wanting) First, the app asks for the name of the graph Screen 1) how many options do you have (e.g. houses, jobs, partner candidates, etc). Screen 2) Name of the first option (can be anything in this field, decide on a job, a vacation spot, a candidate for a partner, a place to live, people to whom you can present a project, etc etc.). Screen 3) Name of the characteristics that matter to you of these options (it can be "place", "cost to get there", "pool", "proximity to the beach", "cost of the place", or in couples it can be, compatibility, body, mind, common interests, etc). Screen 4) Characteristics value (the user assigns a value estimating the importance of each of the characteristics he/she mentioned) Screen 5) The graphs are displayed on the webapp, and there should be a way for them to edit again from the names to the other data to adjust them as the situation changes (for example if they decide to go to another place for vacation). This app needs then to be able to run in a subframe or something inside wix built website.
