Dear Sir / Madam, I can fix this issue for you. Recently I worked on some websites on same kind issue and resolved 100 %. There are two ways to avoid spam referral. 1. by adding exclude filter in your Google Analytics. but this cannot avoide these kind referral hits. But you can get correct analytics. 2.
