I am attaching some images/aerials/drawings on a site plan I want to have made. Please use the title 'Skyline Court'. Inside you will find a scanned drawing of the land. This drawing is a few years old and I am unable to obtain the CAD file. The measurements inside the file "area to use.pdf" from point A to point B is 1274.54 feet. I would like to create condominiums inside the circled area in 'area to [login to view URL]'. I have even drawn in something. Please DO NOT copy what I have drawn. I want to fit as many condominiums as I can inside this area. I have sent you the ones I want to copy the design of. They are 18'x33' and are placed side by side as to fit as many as possible. These units are built into the ground and utilize the land so that the garage is in the basement and is accessible from the rear. (backside of condo as shown inside '[login to view URL] inside example folder). I would then like to also have a common parking area for visitors as inside the example. Please allow 1 common parking space for every 2 condominiums. **CAD Format**
