HTML Email Assistant

I need someone on an ongoing basis to create and design HTML emails for our professional training company. Right now we will only be sending out 1 or 2 emails a week. These HTML emails are used to promote workshops and services that we provide. We have the list of our customer who have requested this info. We use [login to view URL] to send out our emails. We will give you the general concept of the email and most of the text. We just need you to make it into an eye catching, fun, effect HTML email that we can paste into [login to view URL] will need you to do any graphic design needed for the email. Meaning we will also need you to upload the images that you create for the email to us. Let us know how much you will charge for each email that you create.
