Images Combined - Photoshop

I have two images that I want combined. One image is of a bus stop and the other of a person, I basically want the person to look like he's sitting at the bus stop. Also want to incorporate my logo to look like graffiti on the bus stop window. I attempted to do all this but it's not clean - I will provide draft to show what I'm looking for. Project pays $25 flat - Two revisions at most - I'm hoping none since it's a fairly straightforward project.
