New Upscale/Urban Magazine Page Templates Needed

I am in need of an upscale/urban/Hip Hop/Classy designed set of magazine templates, 25-50 Different Pages for a New Magazine Payout. These templates MUST BE finished in 1 week Only! Because we are on a deadline schedule. Srious designers only need apply!! Included in the templates design are as follows: Cover design (Front/back/inside front/inside back), feature story pages (all Different), advertisment pages with Different small to large ad sizes examples (On same page/ & individual ads/full page & half split page ad's/ 10 total), a classifieds section (All Text/2 page total), a Classifieds Section (All Photo ads Dif/Sizes 2 page total), A (Poster Insert/middle/center of magazine). Magazine size is 8 1/2 x 11 (Standard Size, please leave room for (FULL BLEED) This is a Full Color magazine With a few pages designed with black & white, sepia, and other color/hue or other effects added (Choice Of Freelance Designer). All designs Text Graphics, Pages layout, and sample Advertisements, MUST be designed in the style of Detroit HOUR magazine, XXL Magazine, Life Magazine, Vibe Magazine, Vogue Magazine, and GQ Magazine....."Upscale/Urban with a touch of Hip hop". This magazine MUST have High fashion, Professional Corporate Ad's & Illustrations (All Original/Not copyrighted), Text effects, and flare & flash about it, while keeping simplicity relevent. This Magazine is Entertainment, Christian, and Artist Based (talents from all genre's) enclosed is a link to my website so you can get an idea of what exactly our magazine is about. We need this project Finished in Photoshop Files, Indesign, or Corel Draw File Types (Original Design Files for Future editing) We aso need each page in a PDF exported file for Veiwing after pages are designed. All imigage sizes for each page need to be included per page (Specs: Sizes, Font Name, Photo DPI, Layout Specs, Original photographer/Owner/location of sample/temp photos) All images MUST BE HD Quality (High Quality) Full Bleeds on All Pages also. (Please NO Copyrighted or copied material or pages..All Pages must be original designs). I will send along the logo after bid is won for the cover design. This project need to be prfessionall done, with No Milestone Payments, Full Payment will be made at time of Project Completion. No Exceptions.
