Joomla Website Creation (We Proivde Graphics)- From Gavick Template with Modification

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in Joomla, preferably in the Gavick Templates. We would like to purchase their steakhouse template [login to view URL] - select the steakhouse template from the bottom Joomla template drop down. We would like to modify it slightly, required modification is attached in the image file attached. The job requires you to. 1) Take the template we purchase, install it on FTP we provide and bring it live, setting up all the backend and required database. 2) Make modification to the template per our instruction from the attached file. Don't worry about images for now. 3) After modification is done, we will provide content such as images, logos, and text. Implement it for us and show us how o make changes to it later. 4) Website should be completely functional with all the small feature of Joomla such as contact us, drop down categories all setup. We will do some of those modifications, and if we get stuck would need your assistance. Project would be completed at this point. We have 3 sites we need to do, this bid is for only one site. We are looking to see how this experience turns out, and could lead to all 3 projects. We do not like auto bid so to be considered for this project we like you to bid and give us 1) Your current joomla portfolio, 2) Let us know if you had prior experience with Gavick or similar Joomla template, examples welcomed. 3) Finally let us know how we would communicate to complete this project.
